SameFight.org

SameFight.org is an organization setup to assist families of children in the Floyd, Virginia community fighting cancer.  The website originated with two little boys in Floyd County, both fighting malignant brain tumors.  Chance Harman (4 yrs old) and Joshua Cantrell (3 yrs old) began their journeys in December 2006.  In April 2007, we added Kassidy Foster (12 yrs old) who fought bone cancer.  

It is our goal to provide not only financial, but also emotional and spiritual support. Dollar for dollar your donations will be used by these children’s families for their medical and family expenses.  Donations may be made in either child’s name or into the general fund which all of the families can access.

SameFight.org is a program managed through Medical Charities of Floyd County, a non-profit organization established in Floyd County, Virginia.

Please include one of the following in the memo section of your check:

SameFight - the donation will be put into the SameFight General Fund for current and future families.
Joshua - the donation will be put into his access fund.
Chance's Angel Fund - the donation will be put into a Memorial Fund for Chance. 
                                  The family will use these donations to support others traveling similar journey's.
Kassidy - the donation will be put into her access fund.
